Our customer is a leading global Chemical company, operating hundreds of bespoke integrated Domino / Lotus Notes applications across multiple production sites, using IBM Notes 9. 

The applications ranged from document storage solutions with workflow to complex business critical workflow solutions. 

1. Transform and modernise 26 bespoke Lotus Notes applications in to DOCOVA low-code, mobile capable web applications.
2. Retain all complex functionality, workflow,  security features and data.
3. Make the applications easier to support and enhance in the future. Rationalise and enhance the system code, to make the applications easier to support and extend.

The target Lotus Notes applications were interdependent, with functional and data dependencies. In our experience, this is perhaps one of the most difficult technical challenges to overcome when transforming Lotus Notes applications. Integrated applications are like a  tower of blocks and it's very easy for the tower to collapse if you start pulling out blocks without a knowing and mitigating the risks. We understand the risks and how to manage them.
